THE FREE CONSULTATION
The free 15-minute consultation is a no-pressure conversation. You share a little about what's going on, we help you find the right fit, and you decide — no obligation either way. It exists because the right match matters, and you can't tell that from a website.
Meet your counsellor in person at our Calgary clinic (Suite 705, 7015 Macleod Trail SW) or securely online from anywhere in Alberta — whichever feels most comfortable for you. Both are equally effective for most concerns.
Sessions with a Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker: $220 per hour. Sessions with our Canadian Certified Counsellor: $170 per hour. Many extended-health plans cover therapy — we offer direct billing with Sun Life, Manulife, Alberta Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, and Canada Life. Sliding-scale fees are available; we don't want cost to be the reason you don't get support.
Yes. No cost, no credit card, no obligation. The 15-minute consultation exists so you can meet a counsellor before committing to anything.
Completely fine. Most people don't have the words yet. You can simply say you've been struggling and aren't sure how to explain it. That's enough to start.
Culturally-informed care is central to how we work. Our team speaks Mandarin, Punjabi, and Bengali and has deep experience with bicultural identity, immigration, generational conflict, and faith integration.
Both. In-person at our Calgary clinic, or securely online anywhere in Alberta.
$220/hour with a psychologist or social worker; $170/hour with our certified counsellor. Many insurance plans cover this and we offer direct billing. Sliding-scale fees are available.
The hardest part is deciding to reach out - and you have already done that by getting this far.
